From March 2008, the SkillCheck Call Centre Customer Service and Sales Scenarios have all-Australian scripts and talent. These ever-popular and effective audio-based simulations focus on local scenarios using all-Australian voices.
Candidates using these real-life simulations are placed in real-life situations dealing with customers in an inbound (Customer Service) or outbound (Sales) format.

Customization - Accounting/ Bookkeeping, Call Centre & Others (December 2004)
The customization of products for Australian & New Zealand use now includes the Accounting/ Bookkeeper, Call Centre, selected Industrial and Clerical tests. The alphanumeric data entry test was customised for Australia in 2002.
The New Zealand Alphanumeric Data Entry test was released in February 2006.
As other products are released, Australian and New Zealand versions will be programmed and released.
