Tough Questions

There may be occasions when a candidate taking a test cannot answer a question and believes the test has "frozen-up" on them.  There are several tests which have a "tough question", notably Word 2002 - Q28 & Q33, Excel 2000 & 2003 - Q31, PowerPoint 2002 - Q31 and PowerPoint 2003 - Q11.  If you need the answers to any of these online test questions, please contact us by CLICKING HERE.
