To obtain an online test, submit your request by clicking here. Please ensure you provide your company name and country where you are located.  Without this information, we may not be able to send you an online test.

Issued test is a full test, not a shortened version.  You may request sample results to be sent to you but you normally will not receive the results for the "demonstration" test session. We may request further information from you prior to issuing an online test.

I want to buy a Pre-paid Online Testing service.  How does the"Online Testing" work?

We establish an Internet-based site for your use.  We "load" tests onto the site.  Then we add "credits".    Each "credit" equals one completed test.  All tests are of equal value and credits do not "expire" until used.

After we have set up the site (normally in less than 24 hours from receiving your order), you are sent your login details.  You may use the site internally on any Internet-connected PC, or send test sessions externally to any valid e-mail address.

Results are returned to you automatically immediately after a test is completed.  You may nominate one or more e-mail addresses for the results to be sent to.  You may change the score delivery address(es) at anytime.

Payment for an Online Site

The cost for online testing varies depending upon the number of initial credits purchased.

You may use funds transfer of the amount due paid to our bank account.  Upon receiving your booking, we will forward a Tax Invoice with our bank details.  When we have received confirmation via e-mail of payment of the invoice, your site will be established.

We also accept credit card pre-payments - VISA and MasterCard are both accepted.

Several basic principles apply;

1. It is not recommended you attempt to take a test at work or via a company network unless you have advised the IT Manager of the requirement for you to have Computer Administrator rights to download and install the required browser plug-in.

2. You must have an Internet connection - dial-up is acceptable but will be a bit slower than ADSL or Broadband.

3. Once you commence a testing session, you must complete it.  Do not click anywhere outside the window or open another browser window when the test session is running.
